Ouvrier(ère) d’entretien – Domaine viticole
Le Château Ste-Agnès, vignoble boutique située à Sutton, dans les Cantons-de-l ’Est, est à la recherche d’un(e) ouvrier(ère) d’entretien fiable pour rejoindre son équipe. En pleine croissance depuis 2022 et reconnu comme lieu de tournage du vidéoclip Easy On Me d’Adèle, notre domaine offre une expérience unique à ses visiteurs à travers visites, dégustations, événements et séjours.
Tâches principales :
- Assurer l’entretien général des bâtiments et des espaces extérieurs (château, maisons, chapelle, terrains)
- Effectuer des réparations mineures et répondre aux besoins urgents
- Maintenir la propreté et le bon fonctionnement des installations
- Participer aux travaux saisonniers : tonte, débroussaillage, déneigement, etc.
Profil recherché :
- Fiable, autonome et débrouillard(e)
- Expérience en entretien ou maintenance (un atout)
- Bonne condition physique et polyvalence
- Connaissances de base en électricité, plomberie ou menuiserie (un atout)

We offer visitors a unique experience through guided tours, tastings, private events, and on-site stays in an enchanting vineyard setting.
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Worker to help maintain our buildings and grounds. This role is essential to ensuring our facilities remain safe, functional, and welcoming for guests and staff alike.
Main Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance of buildings and outdoor spaces (château, houses, chapel, grounds)
- Carry out minor repairs and respond to urgent maintenance needs
- Ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of facilities
- Assist with seasonal outdoor tasks such as mowing, brush clearing, and snow removal
Desired Profile
- Reliable, independent, and resourceful
- Experience in maintenance or general repairs (an asset)
- Good physical condition and versatile skill set
- Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, or carpentry (an asset)
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
